The #1 complaint by our customers is the time it takes to reinforce a tower.  The normal time it takes to engineer a reinforcement plan can take 3-4 weeks from a failing structural analysis.  Once the design plan is completed it then can be sent out to bid and have the materials ordered.  This serial development process and installation can take 3-4 months.

WHY USE OUR DESIGN AND PROCESS? We here at TR Systems have a parallel development process to overcome the industries number one complaint of time.  With the use of our custom designed ERI software backpack tailored to our reinforcement design and Fullerton Engineering ,we are able to provide a firm price quote for a turnkey solution (materials and labor) typically within 24-48 hrs from receiving a failing structural analysis.  The entire reinforcement process from receiving the structural analysis to the completed installation takes 2-3 weeks.

All materials are off the shelf and does not need to be special ordered.  Why is this so important?  With the production availability of steel and its fluctuation in price, this keeps us able to deliver our product in a timely manner without fluctuations in our price.

Our reinforcement is based on TIA/EIA standards.  These standards have been used for the past 50 years and are still the engineering standards used today.  We purposely used these standards in our design to overcome any concerns and to be the tower reinforcement company of choice in the wireless industry.

We pride ourselves in doing quality work.  Because of this, we have an inspection program set in place to visit each reinforced tower 4 months after the installation is completed.  You will also receive a post inspection report typically 15 days after the inspection is completed.  To date we are the only tower reinforcement company that provides this service at no additional charge.  All of our services and products come with a 1 year warranty against workmanship and defect.

As with any cost conscience business decision, the owner of the tower and/or the company adding the additional equipment has to look at the bottom line with keeping in mind down time and zoning requirements.  This does not make the option of pole replacement a cost effective or   on-air solution in most cases.  More times than not the most cost effective solution is tower reinforcement.  Of the different reinforcement options our patented reinforcement design will save you an average of 25-30% less than other reinforcement products and traditional weldment designs available today.

One key advantage of our product is we do not have any penetration welding on the tower.  This drastically reduces this risk of fire associated with the traditional weldment problems we have seen today.
